Founded in 2004 by co-founders Mr Gerald Brookes (Consultant Neuro-Otologist) and Mrs Natalie Brookes (Consultant Rhinologist), The Harley Street ENT Clinic was established to address a persistent frustration in private healthcare: fragmented care.

Traditionally, a patient might visit a consultant on one day, travel to another clinic for hearing tests or scans days later, wait further weeks for lab results, and visit a third location for medications. At 109 Harley Street, all clinical consultation suites, diagnostic laboratories, vestibular testing equipment, the Harley Hearing Centre, and an on-site dispensing pharmacy are united within a single landmark facility.

Patients can be examined, undergo nasal fiberoptic endoscopy, take a full audiogram, receive blood or microbiology results, and walk away with their targeted medications—all within a single visit.

Mr Gerald Brookes

Consultant Neuro-Otologist & ENT Surgeon (Co-Founder)

Co-founder of the clinic. Appointed Consultant Neuro-Otologist and Skull Base Surgeon at The National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery (Queen Square) and RNTNEH in 1984. Pioneer in complex vertigo, Ménière’s disease, acoustic neuroma, and skull base surgery. Founded the UK's first NHS botulinum clinic for spasmodic dysphonia in 1988. Over 100 peer-reviewed papers.

Co-founder of the clinic. Qualified in medicine from Oxford University with sub-specialist fellowship training in rhinology and facial plastic surgery in Adelaide, Zurich, Paris, and Stuttgart. Appointed Consultant Rhinologist at The Royal Free Hospital and RNTNEH in 2004. Sub-specialises in aesthetic and functional rhinoplasty, revision septorhinoplasty, FESS, and complex sinus polyposis.
